• A $20 non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your Eid henna appointment. After submitting the time-slot form, please wait for a confirmation email/message with e-transfer instructions and final confirmation of your booking details.

• Please note that time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting the booking form does not guarantee an appointment. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and the artist has reviewed and confirmed all details.

• Eid henna appointments are currently booked in 30-minute slots, which typically allow for a simple design on both palms or the tops of hands. If you require longer than 30 mins then please mention it on the form under “additional details”.

• If you would like henna on both sides of both hands, you will be asked to wait 30 minutes for one side to dry before the artist can begin the other side. During this drying time, another client may be scheduled. Please plan accordingly.

• The studio can accommodate 3–4 people at a time. For larger groups, please plan to arrive in separate batches.

• Each adult must complete their own booking form.

• For children under 12, please note in the comments section that you are requesting an additional slot alongside yours, and ensure that the time slot immediately after yours is available before requesting.

• Please note that we have a cat that freely roams the home. If you have allergies, let us know in advance so accommodations can be discussed.

Please read before requesting appointment!

• I use only organic henna, which takes up to two days to fully darken and must remain on the skin for a minimum of 4–6 hours for good results or for 10-12 hours for a dark stain.

• During colder weather, it’s important to plan how you’ll keep your body warm, as warmth helps the stain develop properly.

• I recommend arranging drop-off and pick-up so you don’t have to worry about jackets, coats, or boots after your appointment.

• For the best experience, I highly recommend that moms and small kids book separate visits for their henna appointments as it gets hard for moms to manage younger children.

• The henna stain will typically darken after 2-3 days. Please avoid using water or sanitizer in excess and keep applying any body oil while the stain oxidizes.
